How we work

We have defined four phases, which we pass together with our customers:

• Phase 1: this phase involves evaluation of our Product, where Modesat provides an Evaluation Board to the customer and assists with performance tests.
• Phase 2: upon successful completion of Phase 1, we proceed to customization of our IP and integration of customized IP into customer product. This phase may involve also additional development work. Phase 2 will end with field tested radio.
• Phase 3: this phase may involve migration to hardcopy device or, alternatively, introduction of product to the  market using FPGA. In Phase 3 Modesat supports customer in verifying final product.
• Phase 4: this phase is associated with the deployment of hardcopy device in customer’s product. 

Our business model is based on IP licensing. Additional development service can be charged on NRE basis. Our aim is to share the risks our customers have in entering into market with the new product, but also share the success from fruitful cooperation.
