08.01.2007 - Hillar Tork joins Modesat Communications as Business Development Director

Modesat Communications welcomes Mr Hillar Tork, MSc, as Business Development Director. Hillar Tork has over 20 years of experience working in the satellite communications industry including with the European Space Agency, Telia Research, EMS Satellite Networks, Nera Satcom and Regio AS. Mr Tork has worked with DVB-RCS standards, the ETSI Broadband Satellite Multimedia working group and is an independent expert on satellite and wireless systems for the European Commission, DG INFSO.

Mr Tork brings along to Modesat his personal network of contacts with leading satellite modem producers and long-lasting experience in R&D path definition and business development.
