DOCSIS 2.0 and DOCSIS 3.0 compatible dedicated solutions for cable modems are available together with interface DSP Cores.

• Linear demodulator algorithm ensures rapid convergence of AGC, PLL and equalizer sub-systems;
• Large QAM support : QPSK, 16/32/64/128/256/521/1024/2048/4096QAM.
• Number of synthesis options to optimise speed (and therefore symbol rate) vs. area;
• Software programmable symbol demapping;
• Implementation loss of <1dB for 256QAM and higher, and <0.5dB for other supported QAM modes.
